Most of us acquire modest symptoms and silent indicators of chronic illness as we become older. It is critical to determine why the symptoms exist in the first place. These diseases are frequently the outcome of poor lifestyle choices.
Research shows that chronic illnesses may be prevented, improved, or even reversed in some cases with good nutrition and lifestyle modifications which are things we have control over and can implement in our daily life to better our health and our quality of life.
As a Functional Nutrition and Wellness coach, I aim to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients, founded on trust and collaboration and use solid scientific research, functional nutrition, holistic health techniques, and lifestyle coaching as powerful strategies to help clients feel better and achieve maximum health for the long term.

By scheduling a Strategy Session, you can gain valuable insights into your unique health situation and explore the benefits of functional and integrative health coaching in enhancing your overall quality of life.

With our functional health coaching packages, you have the freedom to utilize the sessions in the way that best suits your needs. Whether you prefer weekly, biweekly, monthly, or occasional check-ins, you can tailor your sessions to align with your desired outcomes and make progress at your own pace.

- 1 Premium 75-minute Functional Wellness Assessment session (held via Zoom)
- Individual 45-minute sessions (number of additional sessions is based on the package chosen) (held via Zoom)
- You will have access to my Practice Better calendar, so you can book your appointments at a day and time that is convenient for you
- You will get session follow-up notes with resources and suggestions via Practice Better
- You will be able to use Practice better features including text messaging
